We start on Monday Oct 23rd at Byron Southwood Public School (1379 Lola Street in Byron).
We will go each Monday from 8PM to 9:30PM.
The goal will be to put the boys through some key dryland drills to increase endurance, strength, and explosive actions. We will also use this time to create some team building during the last 30 minutes for something like v-ball or b-ball.
Week 1 will include a baseline test, putting the boys through measurable drills such as: push-ups, planks, vertical jump, beep test, etc.
