Last night our boys took advantage of our fantastic sponsorship from Combine Fitness. Our boys endured some first class performance improvement focusing on balance, strength and movement! Looking forward to Nov 7 for our next session! Thanks so much Combine Fitness!!!

Congratulations to all Hawk players for a great tryout!  Every player gave 110% which was a real joy to watch but at the same time makes the evaluation process very difficult for the evaluators and me.

Great effort by the West London Hawks in our first 2 exhibition games against Oakridge. Keep up the hard work. Up Next… We are playing the Lambeth Rep team Thursday night to complete the evaluation process..

We had a great start to the evaluation process.  The kids worked very hard and are making the decision process very difficult.  We have two evaluation sessions this weekend.  Please consult the team calendar for details.  

I hope everyone has a great first week back to school!   Our first evaluation session is Sept. 7 /17 at Nichols B Pad (7:30 - 8:20pm).   Please look for the posted lists on the dressing room doors to determine what jersey colour and number has been assigned to your player.
