Minor Bantam - West 17, 2014-2015, CHL Bantam (West London Minor Hockey)

I wanted to congratulate the boys on playing hard all year, keeping their spirits up and really improving as the year went on.  Though we had trouble putting enough pucks into the net, we really improved positionally and as a defensive team.  More than a few coaches commented to me that we had some strong defensive play and made it tough to score on us. It was a lot of fun listening to some of the antics in the dressing room and on the bench! I want to thank all of the coaches for putting in so much time and also to the parents for bringing the kids out and helping out with other things ...

Hey Gang, I am going to review the attached sheet with the players over the next while, it is basically about sportsmanship and how to be a good teammate.  It can be tough when a team goes through a first half of the season like we have!  There have not been any specific big issues but I am starting to hear blaming and such on the bench so I thought it was a good time to go over this.  It seems to happen every year around this time!
