Tournaments, Team Rosters, Police Checks & Travel Permits
Tournaments occurring prior to Christmas must be confirmed by October 31, 2016
no less than 21-days before you attend the actual tournament … whichever date is earlier.

For example: If you are attending a Tournament on November 12 & 13, 2016, you would have to turn in your Travel Permit Request in by Oct 22, 2016.

Travel Permit requests:
All exhibition games and tournaments require travel permit be submitted and approved by WLMHA Staff Member responsible for travel permits -  Kevin Moore: email address: [email protected].  In addition, send the Travel Permit request to Shawn Phibbs, Ice Scheduler [email protected] as well as your Division Convenor.

Team Set Up List:
** Keep in mind that your teams Roster must be finalized to be able to get a Travel Permit so do not delay in sending in your Team Set Up List. This list is the 1st step in getting your roster approved.  We would recommend completing this in early October since teams all across Alliance and all of Canada are also doing so and it creates a log jam.

Police Checks or PRC Declaration:
Police Check Process (click here for link to process)
Proof of Application for Police Records check or submission of PRC Declaration to be submitted to Chris Latour, Risk Management Director at [email protected]  ,  in his box in the Coaches Room at back of Kinsmen no later than October 31, 2016.

*In addition, Tournaments occurring after Christmas must be confirmed by November 15, 2016
Play It Again Sports
Your London Sporting Goods Store Going into our 24th year in London, Play It Again Sports has become the local source for great quality new and used sports gear. Everything from kids’ cleats to high-end fitness machines have become the staples of our inventory. Why go to the big box, impersonal sporting goods store, when you can enjoy the personal attention and expertise for which we have become known? We have the biggest and best supply of used skates in the area.
We took the classic bowling experience, added a refined yet comfortable décor along with video screens, our fantastico wood oven menu and a sound system that would make AC/DC jealous. We’re the ultra-deluxe, full-on, rock and roll bowling alley that happens to have a swanky bar and great food.
