Attention
West London Parents and Volunteers! West London Minor Hockey will be holding
its Annual General Meeting on May 14th, 2024,
and is looking for volunteers to help one of the most successful hockey
programs in London.
This is a
great opportunity to not only get involved in the West London Minor Hockey
program but have a say in what programming is offered to our participants.

the West London Board meetings?
Board
meetings occur on the second Tuesday of every month @ 7pm.

Everyone
who is a member of the West London Minor Hockey community
(player, parent,
community stakeholder) is welcome
to attend the AGM regardless of if they are
applying to the Board of Directors.
Those who
apply for a position with the Board of Directors must attend the AGM.
Current
Director positions that will be vacant as of May 14th, 2024:
President, IP Director #1 IP Director #2, and Junior Board Member
