Organization - **ATTENTION- ARRIVAL TO ARENA PROTOCOL REMINDER**
Submitted By Brady Parr on Sunday, October 25, 2020
As previously mentioned, all players and spectators must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the city and MLHU or your entry will be denied. When arriving to the arena for your developmental session, you must follow the process below or you will not be permitted to enter the arena if arriving late:

1. Arrive approximately 20 minutes before your session
2. Confirm health check with your Covid Rep before entering
3. Once health check has been approved, your group will be permitted to enter building as a group together.
4. Spectators will follow directly after skaters and enter arena together as a group
5. Spectators must fill out the "Health Assessment" form provided for printing on our home page or in paper form at City of London check in desk
6. Door to arena will close and no further players or spectators will be permitted to enter arena at this time

**IF ANY PLAYER OR SPECTATOR ARRIVES AFTER THEIR GROUP OR SPECTATORS HAVE ALREADY ENTERED THE ARENA TOGETHER, THE CITY OF LONDON STAFF WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO ENTER BUILDING DUE TO THE GUIDELINES THEY HAVE CREATED IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SAFE RETURN TO PLAY PROGRAM. TO AVOID BEING TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR, MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ARRIVE AT A MINIMUM OF 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION**

Thanks everyone
