Organization - Spectator Return Oct 19 & Protocols
Submitted By Brady Parr on Thursday, October 15, 2020
Well it's been such a great sight to see some life brought back into Bostwick with the return of our Hawkey families this week! To see all of those smiling and excited little faces has definitely been needed within these uncertain times. We are happy to announce that we have received 100% approval that spectators will be allowed in our arena viewing area as of Oct 19. We must make mention of several new protocols that must be adhered to while allowing spectators inside our arena viewing area. Please see below:

1. ONLY ONE SPECTATOR PER PLAYER ALLOWED. UNDER THIS PROVINCIAL RESTRICTION, NO SIBLINGS OR ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY THE ONE FAMILY MEMBER RULE

2. FAMILY MEMBER ATTENDING DEVELOPMENT SKATE MUST FILL OUT A CONTACT TRACING FORM UPON ARRIVAL PROVIDED BY CITY STAFF AT WELCOME DESK.

3. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN BUILDING

4. FAMILY MEMBER MUST ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO ALLOCATED ICE TIME

5. FACIAL COVERINGS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN INSIDE BOSTWICK RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

6. UPON DEVELOPMENT ICE FINISHING, PLEASE EXIT ARENA AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO ALLOW NEXT GROUP TO TAKE THE ICE

7. GATHERINGS IN BOSTWICK PARKING LOT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED

If you have any additional questions or concerns surrounding the above regulations, please post your questions on our home page or additionally reach out to [email protected] for further direction.

Stay safe Hawkey families!
