Welcome to the 2015 MD Hockey Season
With the last weeks of summer upon us, I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Derek McAllister and I will be the Head Coach of this year's Minor Bantam MD team. I am very excited to get this season underway, and am looking forward to a very spirited tryout process.
The schedule is up and on the calendar. If you haven't already done so, I suggest you sign up for team alerts. This will keep you up to date on any news, or changing ice time for this year's tryouts. In the coming weeks I will be providing a detailed overview of this years program. I would encourage you to go over it in detail with your child to make sure that it is a good fit, and in line with your expectations for the upcoming season.
A reminder that September the 8th is the mandatory body checking clinic, which every player who is trying out for this team must attend. Also, one parent must take the mandatory Respect in Sport parent version, before tryout's are underway.
