Tool & Cutter Supply Company was established in 1969 by Mr. Paul Franks to supply woodworking shops in the London area. After a few years, the focus of the company changed when it was realized that there was a greater need for suppliers to service the metalworking industry. By 1985, the company had grown substantially and had expanded into the St. Catharines area. In 1995, the company opened another branch in Woodstock.
