Minor Development (MD)

WLMHA will endeavor to field teams in the MD league in all age groups. Fielding two, balanced MD teams at the minor novice (a.k.a. Novice 3) level is planned based on the continued success of that change which was implemented for the 2013-14 season. Final decisions on what teams will be iced where will be determined using criteria such as, but not limited to, competitiveness of that group in the previous seasons and tryout registration numbers.

** More than one team per division will always be considered in the event that the number of players registered for try outs warrant this decision while additonaly taking into consideration the competitiveness of all players trying out **

Please watch the WLMHA website for more details (including details for the MD tryouts which will be held in September).

Seeded AA/A

With the introduction of the GLHA Junior Mustangs program, WLMHA will no longer ice teams in the Seeded AA/A league. Tryouts for the GLHA Junior Mustangs teams will be held in May each year.
