2015-16 Competitive Hockey Tryouts
Submitted By Frank Cooke on Thursday, February 5, 2015
The structure for A, AA, and AAA hockey in the City of London for 2015-16 will remain as it was for the 2014-15 season. The Jr. Knights organization will enter their usual complement of teams at the AAA and AA levels of competition while the GLHA will continue to ice two teams in the Alliance Seeded A/AA league under the Junior Mustangs banner. Players in North and Oakridge territories will tryout for Junior Mustangs ‘Purple’ teams while players in West and Bandits (SSE/LMHA) territories will tryout for Junior Mustangs ‘White’ teams.

All parties involved encourage players to tryout for the Jr. Knights AAA and AA teams as appropriate based on skill level. However, players who have not tried out for Jr. Knights teams are eligible to tryout for Junior Mustangs Seeded teams (and/or for MD [Minor Development] teams at the local GLHA association level).

Tryouts for the Junior Mustangs Seeded teams will be in the spring (scheduled following the completion of the Jr. Knights AAA and AA tryouts) and tryouts for GLHA MD teams will be in the fall.

Please watch the GLHA website and the website for your local GLHA association for full details on Junior Mustangs and MD tryout registration and schedules.
