Doug Jarrett Memorial Tournament Cancelled for 2022
Submitted By Brady Parr on Friday, January 7, 2022
It is with great regret that the 2022 Doug Jarrett Memorial Tournament will be cancelled for Jan 28th-30th, 2022.  With the new Government restrictions, recommendations from our local health unit and the ever-increasing COIVD-19 numbers, it has made it impossible to run the tournament.

We are working diligently to have refunds processed as soon as possible.  Refunds will be processed through the method paid.  This is an arduous task and will take some time to process.  We expect that all refunds will be completed by January 28th, 2022.  If you do not see your refund prior to Jan 28th, please check with your bank to ensure that it is not in process first. Should you not receive your refund by then, please contact us at [email protected] and [email protected] Hotel rooms will be cancelled for you if it was booked through our tournament site.

We had big hopes to see the over 175 teams compete, to make memories and to bond in the great sport of hockey.  It is unfortunate that our children have sacrificed so much and are not able to continue down their path.  We would like to thank you for your interest in the 2022 Doug Jarrett Memorial Tournament and hope to see everyone back on the ice next year.  We wish you all the very best during the remainder of your season and hope you stay healthy in 2022.

Sincerely,

The Tournament Directors
