METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Individuals Reservations – if your attendees are responsible for making their own reservations, this can be
done by calling Serena Wong at 289-695-3554, Email at [email protected] by Friday January 3rd,
2014. Callers must identify themselves as being with West London Hawks Minor Peewee in order to
qualify for your group rate.
When making reservations please provide the following information:

Special Requests
CANCELLATION CLAUSE
Cancellation of the entire team block, less than fifteeen (15) days prior to arrival date, fifty percent (50%) of
the total number of guest rooms for the duration of the dates agreed upon, meeting room rental and any
estimated banquet revenue.
Any individual cancellation of remaining nights of stay, once checked into the hotel, will incur a $60
plus local taxes early check out fee. Please ensure all team members are aware of this early check out
policy.
Guests will be asked to sign a standard waiver upon check in, stating
the following guidelines of staying at the hotel, some including:
No hockey sticks allowed in the hotel or hotel guestrooms
Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
Children found playing in hallways or floor corridors will have
equipment removed.
No alcohol consumption outside of guestrooms - Consumption
within the pool area is strictly prohibited
No smoking in non smoking guestrooms, hallways or stairwells (penalties will result in guest paying for a
room deep clean at $200)
Any damage to the hotel or pranks that create extra labors for housekeepers will be charged to the signee of
this contract.
Complaints of excessive noise after 11:00pm will result in guests being asked to leave the hotel without
refund.
Your suite, hallways, or stairwells cannot be used for parties or activities that would create a complaint
from one of our other guests. Your suite room door must be kept closed at all times. For Security purposes,
NON REGISTERED guests are not permitted in your room after 11:00pm.
It is our goal to ensure all guests of the hotel have an enjoyable stay. Excessive noise and hallway play can
create complaints from neighboring guests. Please review the above guidelines to avoid additional charges
to you and your team.
