EQUIPMENT (West London Minor Hockey)


WLMHA Team Equipment Policy

All WLMHA team supplied equipment must be signed out by a WLMHA team official on an Equipment Release Form.  Team officials are responsible to ensure that all equipment noted on the team Equipment Release Form is returned at the end of the hockey season, on/by the dates declared for equipment return (normally completed by April 30).

Teams that lose or misuse WLMHA equipment will be charged replacement costs for said equipment.

Team Jerseys:

  • Teams will be supplied a team sponsor set plus a colour conflict set of jerseys. The only exception is Tyke/Pre-Novice teams who are provided with one set of jerseys.
  • These jerseys are to be used for games only (the team official is to hand out and collect every game)
  • Sweaters must be washed prior to the declared equipment return dates.
  • If used, player name patches are to be hand stitched on for easier removal by the team prior to the declared equipment return dates.

Team Goal Equipment:

  • Will be provided for WLMHA Tyke/Pre Novice, Novice and Atom teams
  • Limited Peewee equipment is available and will be requested on behalf of the teams by the convenor to the House League Director.
  • No WLMHA goal equipment is available for unsanctioned summer hockey.

Any issues related to WLMHA equipment policy to be dealt with by the WLMHA board of directors discipline committee.
