REFUND REQUEST POLICY AND PROCESS

 

WLMHA Registration Fee Refunds

Refunds for registration fees will be provided throughout the season on a pro-rated basis, as defined in the GLHA Refund Policy. 

GLHA Refund Policy

• Before September 1st: Full refund less a mandatory $50 administration fee

• September 2nd – October 15th: Full refund less a $150.00 administration fee

• October 16th – November 30th: 50% of registration fee + $50 administration fee

• MD tryout fees: Full refund if requested 24 hours prior to tryout; NO refund if player has been on the  ice for 1 tryout

• After Nov 30, 2017: No refunds for any reason


*NSF cheques will incur a $45.00 fee

**Refunds due to injury will be reviewed by the board on a case by case basis



Requesting a Refund

Copy the following and paste it into an email and complete the required information.

a) Players Full Name:

b) Players Division (tyke, bantam etc.):

c) Reason for refund request:

d) Contact name & phone#:
e) Refunds will be 
credited to credit card used for registration

All refunds will be processed based on the above policy using the date stamp of the

request.
