REFUND REQUEST POLICY AND PROCESS

 

WLMHA Registration Fee Refunds

Refunds for registration fees will be provided throughout the season on a pro-rated basis, as defined in the GLHA Refund Policy. 

GLHA Refund Policy

 

Standard administration fee is $50 before September 1st, before October 15th $100+$50 and before December 1st 50% of registration + $50. Please contact Trisha Phibbs [email protected] for additional information 

Requests for refunds will not be accepted after November 30th.



Requesting a Refund

Copy the following and paste it into an email and complete the required information.

a) Players Full Name:

b) Players Division

c) Reason for refund request:

d) Contact name & phone#:
e) Refunds will be 
credited to credit card used for registration


Refunds can be requested by contacting

All refunds will be processed based on the above policy using the date stamp of the

request.
