Board Meeting

Approve April Minutes
Motion by Nathan to approve April Minutes. Seconded by Ryan. Approved.
Mustangs
Jerseys
White and Purple are switching suppliers from Perani’s to Source and Pete’s Sports. Bandits and West would each have to cover the half of jerseys. It is already in our budget. Bandits have a meeting tonight to discuss Mustangs being their own entity. Purple driving getting new jerseys. Mustang agreement is up with Western University.
Motion by Shawn to lend Mustangs money for ½ of the White jerseys to be repaid by Mustangs. Seconded by Ryan. Moved
Tryouts
Tryouts started Sunday, May 12th. All tryouts finished before the long weekend except Minor Midget.
Mock Budget
Shawn did a mock budget for the Mustangs to show what it could look like.
Banners
Shawn sent an email to Chris and Frank regarding banners. Need to be put up while the ice is out. Some were dropped off with jersey return and are in the front West room.
Rep Council
For 12 years St. Thomas, as an OMHA team has played in the Alliance. Should they ask to make a choice? Fewer teams in the West but the Alliance won’t force Stratford or Woodstock to play in the West.
Atom Pathway – Hockey Canada changing the Atom Pathway from recommended to mandated. They are listening and need to be more sensitive to their membership. Tyler and Tony to map out Atom Pathway.
West London Budget
The Budget Committee has established a budget for 2019-2020 to be voted on at the first board meeting after AGM.
House League
Coaches Feedback wasn’t shared with the coaches.
West London AGM
Set for May 28th, 7pm at Bostwick Arena.
Alliance AGM
May 25th. Justin is attending. Hockey Canada representation will be there. Hockey Canada Member Engagement Director moving into Brantford. Will go to rinks and have conversations with associations, teams, parents, etc.
GLHA AGM
June 2nd at Nichols from 10:00am – 11:30am. Looking for chairperson, secretary, treasurer.
