Prep Skate & U10-U16 BB Tryout Registration for the
2025-2026 Season
will open April 14, 2025.
House League (which includes IP) & U8, U9 and U18 BB Tryout Registration
for the
2025-2026 Season will open June 1, 2025.

The WEST LONDON MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION is a member of the Greater London Hockey Association
(GLHA) and the Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario. While the OHF
has recently made significant changes to their Player Movement regulations,
registration in this association is accepted by the recognized boundaries for BB Representative Hockey. Families
with a Right of Choice declaration will be grandfathered and able to
participate in our BB programming without new restrictions. NEW THIS YEAR – London Jr. Knights,
London Jr. Mustangs and the GLHA will recognize Lambeth as part of
London. Lambeth players can tryout for
any of the London associations with the exception of U8MD and U9MD.
If you intend to play House
League Hockey, you can register with any Association.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration is done via
the Hockey
Canada Registration system.
House League registration opens June 1st, and it is recommended that you
register early! Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served
basis. Many of our age groups fill quickly; we suggest you register as
soon as possible to avoid being placed on a waiting list.
West London can not guarantee that registered goalies will be the only
goaltender on a House league team.
** Until a player is registered with payment and all required
documentation/waivers have been completed, they are INELIGIBLE to go
on the ice for tryouts or evaluations **
MD/BB PROGRAMMING

U8-U9 & U18: Registration Opens June 1, 2025
U8 and U9 players must indicate
on their Registration Questionnaire whether they want to be evaluated for the
competitive MD team.
U18 players interested in trying
out for the BB team must add the Tryout Fee to their registration.
Participants must register for
their community Association according to the boundaries on the website.
Please do not register for
West BB spring tryouts while you are at Knights or Mustang tryouts.

Following the B/BB tryouts, if a community association has fewer than 17
players for a particular team, the GLHA will offer a city-wide tryout for
that age group to fill any vacant positions in the B/BB program. Parents
are not to contact other GLHA coaches or associations directly.

Discount
A $150 discount is provided for the third and subsequent
children for families registering three or more children at the same
time. If you are unable to register all
children at the same time (due to spring tryouts), please contact the

Payment
Online Payment by Credit Card
Only.
You can choose to pay in full or in installments at the time of registration.
If you pay in installments, a 25% down payment is required at
registration. The remaining amount will be scheduled in equal payments on July
15, August 15, September 15, October 15.
GLHA Refund Policy
Registration fee minus 55.00
administrative fee until September 1st.
Registration fee minus 100.00
cancellation fee, plus the administrative fee of 55.00 until November
1st.
After November 1st, there will
be no refunds.
