Greater London Hockey Association will be hosting a Development 1 Clinic that will be conducted over two days. One evening being virtual through ZOOM and one day in-person. Coaches are required to attend 100% of the clinic over the two sessions.
Clinic Details:
- Clinic Cost: $190
- Thursday August 24th: 6:00PM-10:00PMVirtual through ZOOM Platform
- Sunday August 27th: 9:00AM-5:30PM In Person at Bostwick Arena
Participants MUST be 16 years of age or older
All Participants will be required to complete Hockey University - Checking Module prior to attending the In Class portion of the clinic. Clinic Module Link: HU-Online Checking . You will not receive your D1 qualification until all requirements have been fulfilled. The Development 1 course includes topics such as; Making Ethical Decisions training, Team building, skills and progressions, seasonal planning, practice design, goaltending, individual/ team tactics and more. This clinic will have an on ice portion Sunday August 27th that is required for participants to be involved in. Participants are required to bring Skates, gloves, CSA approved helmet and stick. All participants will receive additional information with regards to Hockey Canada Network App & ZOOM Link information closer to the clinic start date.
