Jan 31 City Arena Protocols
The City of London recognize the importance of regulations and details for all of our on ice activities to plan accordingly as we re-open next week. Using this lens, The City of London are providing the below preliminary protocols. These are subject to change based on the provincial regulations.
Capacity limits have been set at 50% in all non-playing areas. As a result capacity limits will be in place within our dressing rooms. We know that groups will be looking to continue with games and as a result we have placed chairs in lobbies/corridors for additional participants.
All spectator areas also have a capacity of 50%. As a result we are permitting ONE spectator per participant at this time.
Entry into the arena for participants is limited to 30 minutes prior to their ice time. All groups must exit the arena 15 minutes after their rental time expires. We ask all spectators to enter at the time of the rental and proceed directly to the spectator area.
Everyone 12 and over must provide proof of vaccination to enter the arena. An enhanced vaccine certificate with a QR code along with a valid ID will only be accepted as proof of vaccination. Proof of vaccination receipts and medical exemptions without the QR code will no longer be accepted. The QR code can be accessed digitally or by printing a paper copy. To download your digital or print QR code, please visit covid-19.ontario.ca/get-proof. Individuals can also visit their local library or can call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900 to have their vaccine certificate mailed to them. You can also visit a Service Ontario centre to receive a printed copy.
Active screening is required for entry
The City of London appreciate your patience as they work through this and are excited to see all of you back in our arenas very soon!
