Hawkey Family Need Our Help
Submitted By Brady Parr on Monday, August 14, 2017
On August 7, our very own Landis family were in a very serious car accident outside Leamington. Both mom and dad and their three children were rushed to hospital as a result of the situation.

With great sadness, we received the news that Mark Landis passed away as a result of his complications from the accident. The remaining family members remain in critical care. Information as to how you can assist the family is listed below as we are all one big family that come together in times of need. Thank you

If you would like to help support the Landis and Teasell families by preparing a meal for them, please join our MealTrain:

Meals should be dropped off at 1415 Jim Allen Way by 4:30 pm. If there is nobody at home, please leave the food with neighbours Rick and Trish at 1423 Jim Allen Way

There should be enough food included in the package for 6 adults and 3 children.

When you follow the link, you will be asked to create an account in order to volunteer for a date.  From there, you will be asked for your name, email address, the meal that you will provide, and any additional notes.  The MealTrain system will send you reminder emails 1 week, and 1 day, before your date.  Additionally, it will send an email to the family to let them know what is coming and from who.

The Landis- Teasell families would like to thank everyone who have already agreed to supply a meal and ask that you add that information to the webpage as well.

We already have volunteers in place from now to August 22.  We are currently looking for help from August 23rd onwards.

We appreciate any assistance you can provide for their family.

Please text or call Tifany (519-902-2920), Daniele (519-859-8471) or Muriel (519-851-6970) with any questions.

Thank you!
