ANNUAL "House League" TOURNAMENT

The West London House League Tournament will be held Friday, December 27th to Sunday, December 29th. This tournament will be filled on a "FIRST COME , FIRST SERVE basis" It is anticipated this tournament will fill early so please register as soon as possible!

No entries will be accepted until a $200.00 deposit has been received. All remaining amounts must be received by November 30th to guarantee entry. (NOTE: You will be asked to create an account and password when registering. This will allow you back into system to make payments, update rosters and register for future tournaments)

The following hotels have been removed from our approval list, due to service concerns. Team staying at any of these hotels will not be accepted into our Tournament

The tournament entry fee will be $650.00. This guarantees at least 3 games and free gate admission to the entire tournament. Details of tournament rules will be provided upon receipt of your registration however you should note the following:

The tournament is designed exclusively for "HOUSE LEAGUE TEAMS" in all categories from Novice to Juvenile. No Select or Travel teams permitted ALL DIVISIONS will be NON-CHECKING.

Only players rostered or carded to your team will be permitted to play. All teams must provide TRAVEL PERMIT and ROSTER prior to your first game. Alternate players may be used if they are at same level or lower and have written permission from their league. All players must be listed on-line to be eligibale to play.

Teams may not carry more than 13 players if they are using ALTERNATE players.

Each team must have a "NCTP" trainer on their bench for all games.
Games will be played at KINSMEN, NICHOLS and WESTERN FAIR

COST: $650.00 which includes free admission to all games and a minimum of 3 games
GAME LENGTH: All games will be 10-10-15 STOP - Clock will run at straight time in 3rd period when goal difference is more than 5 goals and will continue until end of game.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds for any reason unless a replacement team is found. If a replacement team is found, you will be charged a $100.00 administration fee from your original entry.
TOURNAMENT DIVISIONS: Tournament is open to all House League teams in the following divisions.
Minor NOVICE - 7 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
NOVICE - 8 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
Minor ATOM - 9 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
ATOM - 10 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
Minor PEEWEE - 11 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
PEEWEE - 12 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
Minor BANTAM - 13 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
BANTAM - 14 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
Minor MIDGET- 15 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
MIDGET - 17 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
JUVENILE - 19 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2013
In all age groups teams will be placed in divisions by Tournament Committe based on the following criteria:
Major DIVISIONS would include the following:
- Major aged teams from Centers with Major and Minor teams
- Tier 1 teams from Centers with Major/Minor mixed teams
- Mississauga & Oakville - Major aged teams in White, Green and Blue Divisions only
Minor DIVISIONS would include the following:
- Minor aged teams from Centers with Major and Minor teams
- Tier 2 teams from Centers with Major/Minor mixed teams
- Mississauga & Oakville - Minor aged teams in White, Green and Blue Divisions only.
