MARCH 14 & 15, 2013

 

·         MARCH BREAK – Thursday and Friday only 

·         Guaranteed 4 hockey games over 2 days

·         Skills competition

·         Awards for all participants

·         All players get a free tournament T-shirt

·         2 separate pools so you can play against teams of equivalent skill level

Location:                                All games at Kinsmen or Nichols Arena in London, Ontario

Dates:                                     Thursday/Friday, March 14th & 15th

Age Group:                            Tyke Only – Born 2006, 2007 or 2008, NO EXCEPTIONS


2 Levels - Beginners and Advanced

(please note that teams that combine beginners and advanced players will be seeded in the Advanced Pool – NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

Definition for Beginners – Many of the children on your team are playing hockey for their first year. Most still have difficulty stopping quickly, turning quickly, or skating fast in a straight line. No one on the team can stickhandle through the entire opposing team. Vast majority of players are not capable of raising the puck when they shoot. You practice and play primarily on half ice.

Definition for Advanced – Anything beyond the Beginners level described above. Although you may bring players from more than one team, we ask that there be stacking of teams and absolutely No ALL-STAR or select teams please!

> Names, Sweater Numbers and Birthdates of all Players

> Sweater Colour and Trim

Step 2 – Confirm email will be sent once registration is complete. Email Convener, Brent Landers at [email protected] with the Subject “2013 Tyke Funfest” if confirmation not received. Note: Confirmation is conditional upon receiving FULL Payment.
