REGISTRATION PROCEDURE 

INITIAL PAYMENT 

You will be asked for team contact and team information. The only information required for registration is contact and team info. Coach and player info can be completed later.You will be required to submit a MINIMUM $200 payment by cheque or credit card.

NOTE: If paying by cheque payment must be received within 14 days of registration.

You will be able to log into your account at any time to make additional payments and update team info. Final payment and player info must be submitted by DECEMBER 15th. A Credit Card Number must be entered if FULL Payment not made . Credit Card will be charged on Deccember 15th if payment has not been received by thus date
