Changes to 2019/20 Major Novice Try Out Process
Novice Parents of WLMHA, several revisions have been made to the Major Novice try out process for the 2019-2020 season for MD evaluations. The members of the board have made the decision to remove the MD tryout fee for Major Novice. The Minor Novice group is not impacted by this as they did not have the fee associated to them.

In alignment with the new Hockey Canada season format, all Major Novice players will go through a development phase in early September prior to try outs which will then lead into an evaluation phase allowing some time at the end of this phase to practice as a team with the remaining development weeks.

An email will be sent out in early September requesting you to make a decision to then try out for MD or remain in house league. This will ensure we can facilitate evaluations based on desire and commitment of level of play. You can expect the email to be sent out before September 10th and we will require an immediate response.

If you have any questions please contact me directly.
