Novice Parents of WLMHA, please take note of the following changes to the 2019-2020 season for MD evaluations. The members of the board have made the decision to remove the MD tryout fee for Major Novice. The Minor Novice group is not impacted by this as they did not have the fee associated to them.
In alignment with The new Hockey Canada season format, the players will go through a development phase then lead into an evaluation phase allowing some time at the end to practice as a team with the remaining development weeks.
An email will be sent out in early September requesting you to make a decision to try out for MD or remain in house league. This will ensure we can facilitate evaluations based on desire and commitment of level of play. You can expect the email to be sent out before September 10th and we will require an immediate response.
