Welcome Back Hawks
Hello Everyone, My Name is Jack Falls and it is my privilege to be coaching the Major Novice MD 1 Team for the 2015-16 season.

Who Is Your Coach?

Again, for those of you who do not know me my Name is Jack Falls, My wife Rosalind and I have Two sons Jack Jr. and Easton.  Like most of you we are running around from arena to arena or some other event, so we know how hectic the Hockey season can be. Our family has been involved with the west organization for the past 6 years; I have been both a Coach and a Convenor here at West.  Most currently I Coached the Minor Novice A team.

What to expect if your Son or Daughter becomes a part of  the Novice MD1 Team

My Philosophy

THE KIDS ARE STILL IN BOOSTER SEATS!!!
I would like everyone to keep that in mind at all times LOL.

Fun!! I will try to create an atmosphere for the kids where there is discipline but also levity, they are 8 year old kids who are playing a lot of hockey, it needs to be fun for them to come to the rink over 100 times this season. It is my goal to make them a better hockey player and young person from the minute they join this team.

Team Conduct

As a team we will be kind and supportive of each and every person involved with our club. There will not be any criticizing of teammates PERIOD.  We will treat our opponents with the respect that we would want given to us. Coming together as a team at the beginning of the year is what our first goal will be.  This comes through hard work and mutual respect for teammates, Parents and Coaches.

Each Player and Parent will acknowledge:

·       School comes first!

·       I will treat my teammates, Parents and Coaches with Respect at all times.

·       I will treat my opponents and Referees with respect at all times.

·       It is the Coaches Job to point out mistakes, not the players or parents.

·       It is a privilege to be representing the West London Hawks.

I am looking forward to a fun successful year, I hope to see a big turnout in September.. Enjoy the rest of the summer!!
