Happy New Year
As 2013 begins, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2012.
Between exhibition games, regular season games and tournaments, we have played forty games. The team is carrying a current record of 23-14-3. We have played eighteen different teams from two provinces and two states. In regular season play, we are three points off first with a game in hand.
Our goalies have been excellent with an 88.1% save percentage and a 2.75% goals against average.
As a team, we have continued to grow and come together.
As we enter into 2013 and prepar for the North London Tournament next weekend, I am very excited about our prospects for success.
I ask all players to remember the goal we set as a team at the start of the year and remember, if you do the things we work on in practice, the wins will take care of themselves.
