House league and MD/BB Programming
Our House League Programming and MD/BB programming have had the following changes below - Our tryout fees for the MD/BB programming has been included in our costs and therefore you must still register for them online when registering.
Registration opens for the GLHA House league and MD programs May 6
The MD/BB will be ensuring all participants are within their boundaries, boundary exemptions will not be permitted this year as we are trying to ensure each association has the numbers to run their programming.
Refund Policy
Registration fee minus 55.00 administrative fee until September 1st,
Registration fee minus 100.00 cancellation fee , plus the administrative fee of 55.00 until November 1st,
After November 1st there will be no refunds.

Following the B/BB tryouts, if a community association has fewer than 17 players for a particular team, the GLHA will offer a city-wide tryout for that age group to fill any vacant positions in the B/BB program.

FAMILY DISCOUNT
A $150 discount is provided for the third and subsequent children for families registering three or more children at the same time.
GLHA REFUND PROCESS

PAYMENT PLAN
West London has a 3 payment plan available. Select the installment option at check out. 25% of registration due at time of registration, balance split in equal payments on September 15th and October 15th. These will be automatically charged to the credit card used at registration.
