While we have been following protocols directed by The City of London on the ice, they have brought to our attention that many of our families are not following guidelines behind the glass and in the Bostwick lobby area. If the protocols remain ignored, we will most definitely run the risk of losing the remainder of our season. Please make every effort to comply with the regulations listed below:
1. No outside food and drink, this is not allowed anywhere in the facility.
2. Only one family member per player. No siblings or additional relatives or friends can join.
3. No in and out privileges. We can not permit families leaving once in the arena to switch family members, smoke breaks or retrieving something from your car (phone, etc)
4. No congregating in lobby at any point in time. Once you have entered viewing arena, you must remain there until your session has completed. Upon completion, you must leave and exit building.
We ask that all families please comply with these regulations provided by both our Middlesex London Health Unit and City of London. We do not want to put our season in jeopardy so lets make sure we follow the rules and make this work so our kids can continue to enjoy the season!
